Banana Passionfruit Smoothie

    This tropical flavoured smoothie combines bananas, passionfruit, yoghurt and LSA (linseed, soy and almond mix). When fresh passionfruit are not in season, use canned passionfruit pulp.

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 bananas
    • 1 cup milk
    • 2 passionfruit
    • 1 cup passionfruit flavoured yoghurt
    • 2 tablespoons LSA mix
    • 1/2 cup ice cubes

    1. Blend ingredients in a blender or small food processor until smooth.
    2. Serve smoothie in chilled glasses.
