Easy Banana Pancakes

    These banana pancakes flavoured with cinnamon are a simple, quick and delicious breakfast dish that are gluten and soy free.

    Serves: 1 

    • 1 medium banana
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    • 5g butter

    1. Mash banana in a bowl; add eggs and beat until well incorporated. Add cinnamon and stir.
    2. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Pour a small amount of batter into the centre of the pan. Cook until pancake is firm, 3 to 5 minutes. Flip carefully and cook 1 minute more.
