Stir Fry Japanese Noodles

    My daughter made this recipe at school and insisted we have it for dinner! That was 3 years ago and I have adapted it a lot since then. This is the original recipe she first bought home.

    • 2 packets of soft noodles.
    • 1 cup of chopped mixed vegetables of your choice.
    • 1 small onion sliced.
    • 2 Tbsp of Bottled Oyster Sauce
    • 1 Tbsp Sugar
    • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
    • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
    • 1 Tbsp cooking oil.


    1. Follow directions on the Pack for noodles.
    2. Add oil to hot wok or pan and stir fry vegetables and onion, dont overcook they are meant to be crispy still.
    3. add sauces sugar and lemon, stir, then add noodles, stir till coated and heated through then serve.


    Your choice of meat can be added.
