Leeks, butter, cream and cheese combine to make a deliciously savoury and rich side dish. This can be a simple or as complex as you like - add your own flavours to spice it up!
This is perfect as-is, but if you want to vary this recipe, add different cheese, diced bacon, garlic, Worcestershire sauce or diced new potatoes.
