Passionfruit and Mango Punch

    This alcoholic punch is a vibrant addition to any party! You can replace the mango with finely chopped fresh pineapple if you prefer.

    Serves: 6 

    • 1 (750ml) bottle chilled sparkling white wine
    • 60ml vodka
    • 2 cups chilled tropical fruit juice
    • 2 cups chilled soda water
    • 4 fresh passionfruit
    • 1 large mango, peeled and finely chopped
    • 1 cup fresh mint leaves, torn
    • 2 cups ice cubes

    1. Pour sparkling wine, vodka, tropical juice and soda water into a punch bowl.
    2. Scoop passionfruit pulp into punch bowl. Add mango and torn mint leaves; stir to combine. Add ice cubes; ladle into glasses and serve.
