Vanilla Martini

    This vanilla martini is a modern twist on the classic dry martini. To make the sugar syrup, stir 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar in a saucepan until dissolved then boil for 3 minutes. Store this syrup in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 months to use for future cocktails.

    • 80ml vanilla-infused vodka
    • 20ml sugar syrup
    • 30ml frangelico
    • 1 1/2 cups ice cubes

    1. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously then strain into chilled martini glasses.
