John's Butter Barbecue Sauce

    • 115g butter
    • 1 lemon, juiced
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground paprika
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

    1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat, 3 to 5 minutes. Add lemon, paprika, salt, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, tarragon and black pepper. Stir until flavors combine, 3 to 5 minutes more.
