Yoghurt, Tahini and Garlic Sauce

    This yoghurt and tahini sauce really packs a punch full of flavour! It great served with lamb meatballs, falafel, roasted cauliflower or Moroccan spiced lamb cutlets.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1/2 cup Greek-style yoghurt
    • 2 tablespoons tahini paste
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
    • salt and black pepper
    • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh coriander

    1. Place yoghurt, tahini paste, lemon juice and garlic in a blender.
    2. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in coriander. Serve.
