White Chocolate Crackles

    These mini treats made of rice bubbles, marshmallows, sprinkles and white chocolate are super easy and fun to serve for kids birthday parties or Easter. Make them ahead of time and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 24 crackles

    • 3 cups rice bubbles
    • 1 cup chopped pink marshmallows
    • 1/3 cup mini M&M's®
    • 2 tablespoons coloured sprinkles
    • 300g white chocolate melts, melted, cooled slightly
    • 2 tablespoons edible confetti

    Directions

    1. Line two 12-hole mini muffin pans with paper cases.
    2. Combine rice bubbles, marshmallows, M&M's® and sprinkles in a large bowl; add melted chocolate and mix to combine.
    3. Working quickly, spoon mixture into paper cases. Sprinkle with confetti. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.

    Tip:

    Find edible confetti in the baking aisle of most major supermarkets or in specialty cakes stores. It can be replaced with extra sprinkles.
