    • 1 (200g) tub vanilla yoghurt
    • 1 banana
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    • 1 teaspoon honey
    • 1/2 cup ice

    1. Place vanilla yoghurt, banana, ginger, honey and ice in a blender; blend until smooth.

    Cook's Note:

    You can use maple syrup instead of honey.
