These rich, decadent brownies made with cocoa, milk chocolate and white chocolate have become super popular among my family and friends. I slightly undercook them so they are dense and fudgy in the centre.....one piece is never enough!
Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease 20cm-square cake pan; line base and sides with baking paper.
Combine butter and half the milk chocolate in a medium saucepan; stir over low heat until just smooth. Remove from the heat and stir in the sugar. Cool for 10 minutes.
Whisk the eggs then sifted flours and cocoa into chocolate mixture. Stir in the white chocolate and remaining milk chocolate. Spread mixture into prepared cake pan.
Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until just firm to touch. Cool in pan; slice into squares.
