Morning Fruit and Oat Bowl

    This breakfast bowl consists of a delicious parfait made with Greek yogurt, topped with fruit, oats, seeds and walnuts.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 1 cup Greek yogurt
    • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
    • 2 tablespoons agave nectar
    • 1/2 cup rolled oats
    • 1/2 cup toasted walnuts
    • 1 mango, chopped
    • 1 Gala apple, chopped
    • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
    • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds

    1. Stir yogurt, coconut oil and agave nectar together in a bowl.
    2. Divide yogurt mixture evenly between 2 serving bowls. Layer oats, walnuts, mango and apple over yogurt; top with chia seeds and hemp seeds.
