Acai and Papaya Smoothie Bowl

    A thick acai, banana and orange smoothie is served in a bowl made from a fresh papaya. Served topped with granola and bananas for a delicious and healthy breakfast.

    • 1 large fresh papaya
    • 1 1/2 bananas, sliced, divided
    • 225g frozen acai pulp
    • 1/3 cup orange juice
    • 1/2 cup granola

    1. Halve papaya and scoop out seeds. Scoop out a little extra meat to create a bowl shape.
    2. Blend 1 banana, acai pulp and orange juice together in a blender until smooth; divide mixture between papaya bowls and top with granola and remaining 1/2 banana.
