Grape and Acai Caipirinha

    5 minutes

A fun take on the traditional Brazilian caipirinha with açaí pulp and red grapes that give the cocktail a good depth of flavour and a fun colour.

    1 person made this

    Serves: 1

    • 1/4 cup seedless red grapes, sliced
    • 2 teaspoons white sugar
    • ice cubes
    • 50 ml cachaca
    • 1 tablespoon frozen acai berry pulp, thawed

    Preparation:5min  ›  Ready in:5min

    1. Place grapes and sugar into a glass; mash well with a cocktail muddler. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
    2. Pour in cachaca and acai pulp; stir well. You can also shake the cocktail in a cocktail shaker.

    Cook's Note:

I used the frozen açaí pulp, defrosted. You can also use acai juice instead of acai pulp.
