Low-Carb Baked Zucchini Chips

    These oven baked zucchini chips are a delicious and simple snack that are easy to make and low carb, paleo and gluten free!

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 large large zucchini, thinly sliced
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil, or to taste
    • sea salt to taste

    1. Preheat oven to 120 degrees C.
    2. Arrange sliced zucchini on a large baking tray. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with sea salt.
    3. Bake until completely dried and chip-like, about 1 hour per side. Allow to cool before serving.

    Cook's Note:

    You can also use cooking spray instead of olive oil.
