Margarita Bliss Balls

    This recipe is a margarita version of the traditional rum balls. No-bake treats with chocolate, orange marmalade and tequila.

    Makes: 24 balls

    • 375g vanilla wafers, crushed
    • 225g almond meal
    • 1/4 cup (60ml) tequila
    • 1/4 cup (80g) orange marmalade
    • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
    • 125g white chocolate, melted
    • 1/4 cup (55g) white sugar

    1. Mix vanilla wafers with almond meal in a large bowl.
    2. In a blender, blend tequila, orange marmalade and light corn syrup until smooth. Stir tequila mixture and melted chocolate into wafer crumb mixture.
    3. Shape into 2.5cm balls and coat with icing sugar. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve.


    Bliss balls can be stored in refrigerator for up to one week.
