No-churn Tuna Ice Cream

    This 4 ingredient recipe made by Fred doesn't sound appetising but it's actually delicious! It's like a taste explosion in your mouth! And the best part is, you don't need an ice cream maker.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 6 

    • 1 (185g) tin tuna in springwater, drained
    • 300ml double cream
    • 300g sweetened condensed milk
    • 1 to 3 drops vanilla extract

    Directions

    1. Process the fish in a food processor until finely chopped. Combine the double cream and condensed milk in a bowl and mix well. Add the tuna and vanilla extract. Mix well.
    2. Transfer to an ice cream tub or container and place in the freezer for 6 hours or until frozen, removing occasionally to stir. Once frozen, scoop into dishes and serve.

    Note:

    You can also flavour this ice cream with chocolate chips, pinch of salt or maple syrup.
