Raspberry and Honey Frozen Yoghurt

    I would 100% recommend this to anybody, great recipe that's simple quick and hassle free, it can appeal to all ages and is great for weight loss and a healthy and lighter alternative to ice cream.

    Serves: 8 

    • 750g raspberries (or strawberries)
    • 110g honey
    • 1 tub (500g) reduced-fat plain Greek style yoghurt

    1. Blend the raspberries and honey until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve into a large jug. Discard solids. Return mixture to processor.
    2. Add yoghurt and blend until smooth, then empty the mixture into a freezer friendly container. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
    3. Remove from freezer and stand for 3 minutes or until just softened. Then once again blend and freeze for another 4 hours or until firm.
    4. Stand frozen yoghurt at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving in scoops.
