Raspberry and Coconut Smoothie Bowl

    Try your smoothie in a bowl! Packed will all the goodness of a fruity sweetness and topped with coconut and chia seeds for a bit of crunch.

    Serves: 1 

    • 1 large frozen banana
    • 250g frozen raspberries
    • 3/4 cup (180ml) unsweetened almond-coconut milk blend
    • 2 (1 gram) packets powdered stevia
    • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 50g fresh raspberries
    • 1 tablespoon flaked coconut
    • 2 teaspoons chia seeds

    1. Combine banana, raspberries, almond-coconut milk, stevia, coconut oil and vanilla in a blender. Blend until smooth, adding a little more milk if needed.
    2. Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with berries, coconut and chia seeds. Serve immediately.
