    This vanilla-flavoured mango and coconut smoothie bowl is topped with flaked coconut, goji berries and chia seeds for a healthy breakfast.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 1 1/2 cups (250g) frozen mango chunks
    • 1 cup (250ml) vanilla flavoured almond milk
    • 1 frozen banana, chopped
    • 1 tablespoon coconut cream
    • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 tablespoon flaked coconut
    • 1 teaspoon goji berries
    • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds

    1. Place mango, almond milk, banana, coconut cream and vanilla extract in a blender. Blend until smoothie is thick and smooth. Pour into a serving bowl.
    2. Top smoothie bowl with flaked coconut, goji berries and chia seeds. Serve immediately.

    Cook's Notes:

    You can use any vanilla flavoured milk. Use less milk if you prefer a thicker smoothie.
