Creamy Citrus Ice Cream

Ingredients
Serves: 6
- 1 orange
- 2 limes
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 600ml double cream

- Grate the rind from the orange and one lime. Juice the orange and both limes and strain the juice into a bowl.
- Mix in rind and sugar until dissolved. Add cream and whip until firm.
- Place in airtight container and freeze for 4-6 hours or until firm. Serve in scoops.
Tip
Recipe can be made with just oranges if desired.
Freezing tip
Remove ice-cream to soften for 15-20 minutes before eating.
