    Ingredients

    • Milk Powder - 2 cup
    • Milk - 1/2 cup +3Tbsp
    • Sugar - 1/2 cup
    • Cardamom - 2 pinch
    • Salt - 1 pinch
    • Ghee - 3tbsp
    • Saffron -4 or 5 strings

    Directions

    1. Mix Milk Powder and milk in a bowl to smooth consistency.
    2. Make saffron milk by adding saffron to 3tbsp hot milk and keep aside.
    3. Heat Ghee in a non stick pan
    4. Add the milk powder mixture to the pan at low heat.
    5. Mix well and stir continuously for 5 min
    6. Then add saffron milk to the mixture in the pan.
    7. Again mix well and stir continuously for 5 min
    8. Next add sugar and cardamom power and mix well.
    9. Stir on continuously in medium flame until the mixture gets thick.
    10. Switch off the flame when the mixture gets separated from the sides of the pan.
    11. Transfer the mixture to a greased pan.
    12. Allow it to cool.
    13. When the mix reaches Luke warm temperature ,grease your hand and make balls.
    14. Press it between your palms and make a thumb impression in the middle .
    15. Decorate with any nuts.
    16. Soft Delicious Milk pedas are ready to serve

    Tip

    Use after 2-3 hours .. Can store in room temperature for 2 days and 4-5 days in fridge.
