Fruit and Muesli Smoothie Bowl

    This smoothie bowl is a complete meal in one bowl! The macadamia milk can be replaced with cow's or almond milk. Any fruit of choice can be used for the top. Serve the smoothie immediately before all the bits sink to the bottom of the bowl!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 200g frozen mixed berries
    • 1/2 cup macadamia milk
    • 3/4 cup vanilla yoghurt
    • 1 cup granola muesli
    • 125g blueberries
    • 2 nectarines, thinly sliced
    • 1/3 cup shaved coconut, toasted

    Directions

    1. Place the berries, macadamia milk, yoghurt and 1/4 cup of the muesli in a blender. Blend until smooth.
    2. Pour the smoothie into 2 serving bowls. Arrange the blueberries, nectarine, shaved coconut and remaining cereal in rows on top of the smoothie. Serve immediately.
