Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Lightly grease a baking tin.
Melt chocolate with coconut oil in a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl in 15-second intervals, stirring after each melting, 1 to 3 minutes.
Place diced avocado in a food processor; blend until completely smooth.
Whisk eggs, honey, cocoa powder, coconut flour, vanilla extract, bicarb of soda and salt in bowl until well mixed. Add avocado puree; stir until well combined. Pour brownie mixture into the prepared tin.
Bake in the preheated oven until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes.
