Sweet Corn and Chilli Dip

    This dip is perfect for an entertaining platter served with assorted crackers. Adjust the chilli according to your taste.

    Serves: 8 

    • 250g cream cheese, softened
    • 1 jar (250g) corn relish
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon dried red chilli flakes
    • salt and pepper, to taste
    • assorted crackers, to serve

    1. Place the cream cheese, corn relish, lemon juice and chilli flakes in a food processor bowl.
    2. Process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the dip with the crackers.


    Store dip in an airtight container, in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
