Beetroot and Feta Dip

    This dip is the perfect blend of sweet beetroot and salty feta to indulge all taste buds. Serve it as a dip or dollop on beef or lamb burgers.

    Serves: 8 

    • 1 tin (450g) beetroot slices, drained
    • 250g cream cheese, softened
    • 125g feta cheese, crumbled
    • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • salt and pepper, to taste
    • assorted crackers, to serve

    1. Place the drained beetroot in a food processor. Process until almost smooth.
    2. Add the cream cheese, feta, garlic and lemon juice. Process until dip is smooth.
    3. Season with salt and pepper. Serve dip with crackers.


    Store dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
