I am using spinach, garlic prawn, and mushrooms for this recipe but if you wanna make vegetarian you can make with just spinach and mushrooms.
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and return to pan. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes or until fragrant and after that put prawn so we can smell as garlic prawn. Add tomato puree, basil, oregano, salt, black pepper, spinach and red pepper flakes to pasta; toss together. put some mozzarella cheese and cover the pot with a lid so it melts. Sprinkle with cheese parmesan just before serving.
