    Simple Hong Kong style Mango Sogo dessert for everyone

    Ingredients

    • Sago 60g
    • Sugar 3/4 Cup
    • Coconut Milk 100ml
    • 2 Mango
    • Milk 30ml
    • Water 300ml

    Directions

    1. Soak Sogo overnight
    2. Boil water and sugar to make syrup, cool down and refrigerate it
    3. Boil sago in hot water (place it when boiling), boil for 2-3 mins, covered with lid for 15 mins until it become transparent
    4. drain sago in running cold water
    5. cut mango into dice
    6. combine sago, syrup, coconut milk, milk and mango into a big bowl
    7. serve chill cold or add in vanilla ice-cream
