Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water and 1 tbs olive oil, following packet directions until tender. Drain.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large, deep frying pan over medium heat. Add onion,garlic and after that add mushroom. Cook for 4 minutes or until softened and golden brown.
Add basil, oregano,tomato puree cook for another 3 mintutes after that add cream(cook for 2 mins) and add pasta to tomato+cream mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
