    Ingredients

    • 1/4 tsp Chili flakes
    • 3 cloves Garlic and Roma tomatoes purees
    • 1 tsp Oregano and Basil
    • 250 gm Mushroom
    • 1 onion, medium cut
    • Penne pasta
    • Salt to taste and freshly ground black pepper
    • Oils Olive oil, extra virgin
    • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
    • 250gm Ricotta cheese
    • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (option)

    Directions

    1. Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water and 1 tbs olive oil, following packet directions until tender. Drain. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large, deep frying pan over medium heat. Add onion,garlic and after that add mushroom. Cook for 4 minutes or until softened and golden brown. Add basil, oregano,tomato puree cook for another 3 mintutes after that add cream(cook for 2 mins) and add pasta to tomato+cream mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine. while serving put ricotta cheese. IF YOU WAN LITTLE SPICE PUT CHILLI FLAKES
