My Gourmet Flavours Easy Korma Curry

    I create seasoning blends and I love curries so I decided just over a year ago to make Korma Curry that was made with gluten free ingredients & Dairy Free - it had all the flavour in it so that you didn't need to add anything else except your filling after you made the base recipe.

    • 1 kg Chicken breast or thigh fillets, sliced or diced
    • 20 grams My Gourmet Flavours Korma Curry Powder
    • 150g coconut yoghurt
    • 75 g coconut cream


    1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite sized chunks
    2. Stir the coconut yoghurt (or plain yoghurt) with My Gourmet Flavours Korma Curry Powder.
    3. Add the chicken and mix everything together.
    4. Add the coconut cream and over a medium heat bring to the boil.
    5. Reduce heat to low, cover the pan and simmer until the chicken is tender.
    6. Remove from heat and serve with rice.
