How to make chicken cabbage salad

    Indian style of cooking of chicken has different varieties. Chicken cabbage salad is one an art of modern-day chefs. It although uses less of meat and more of cabbage, yet gives taste and flavor of hot spicy chicken curry that one like to take again and again. In these days many people try to avoid more meat to get rid of extra weight. This is one of that dishes you can eat more of chicken curry, while the meat content will be insignificant.

    • 250 gm chicken breast
    • 500 gm cabbage
    • 2 pieces onion
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • 1 tbsp corn flour
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp ginger paste
    • 1 tbsp garlic paste
    • 1 tbsp black pepper


    1. Cut chicken breast into thin medium slices and clean properly.
    2. Cut cabbage into 2 inch X 3 inch sizes.
    3. Boil oil in the cooking pan.
    4. Add onion, ginger paste, garlic paste and salt.
    5. After 2 min put chicken and add ½ cup hot water. After dry up, all water then add cabbage.
    6. Cover with a lid.
    7. After 5 minutes, add corn flour (mix corn flour with water before).
    8. Add black pepper and sugar.
    9. Put the curry in a dish when no excess water remains in the pan.
    10. Chicken cabbage salad is ready to eat.


    You can use beef instead of cabbage.
