    Great, quick sauce for steak or chicken and simple to make. You can also make it with green peppercorns if you prefer.

    Serves: 4 

    • 250ml thickened cream
    • 2 tablespoons black or green peppercorns
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tablespoon brandy

    1. In a small saucepan, heat cream over medium low heat, being careful not to boil. Stir in peppercorns, Worcestershire sauce and brandy and simmer for 2 to 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
