    • ginger 150g

    Directions

    1. Slice ginger using a vegetable slicer with skin on
    2. Dry sliced ginger at 70-80 degrees for 1 hour in a toaster oven
    3. If it is not dry after 1 hour, add another 10mns

    Tip

    ginger in the main photo is about 150g
