    Ingredients

    • 37g quick oats
    • 9g craisins
    • 13g whey protein isolate
    • 100g low fat greek yogurt

    Directions

    1. Stir 200ml boiling water in with 13g protein powder
    2. Mix in 37g oats and 9g craisins
    3. Microwave for 1 minute
    4. Mix in 100g of low fat greek yoghurt
