    • 3 tablespoons flaked almonds
    • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
    • 225g plain Greek yoghurt
    • 150g fresh or frozen blueberries
    • 4 tablespoons milk

    1. Blend almonds and chia seeds together in a blender. Add yoghurt, blueberries and milk; blend until smooth.
