Lemon Garlic Cream Sauce


    I managed to create this recipe with my mom a while back when we we're making lemon chicken one night. I got best ingredients I could find that go together (behind a little research) and managed to create an amazing lemon cream sauce for chicken.

    • 1/2 cup thickened cream
    • 2 tsp minced garlic
    • juice from 1 lemon
    • 1/2 cup dried chicken stock
    • 1/2 dried basil
    • pinch of sugar
    • salt and pepper (to taste)


    1. In a small frying pan, place thickened cream, garlic, basil, sugar and salt and pepper together on low heat. Stir consistently until light boil or thickened cream is fully separated.
    2. Add lemon juice to cream and stir until juice is mixed with the cream.
    3. Drizzle chicken stock, making sure the stock is fully combined with the cream.


    The best way to serve this is to cover a cooked chicken with it.
