Lemon Garlic Cream Sauce

I managed to create this recipe with my mom a while back when we we're making lemon chicken one night. I got best ingredients I could find that go together (behind a little research) and managed to create an amazing lemon cream sauce for chicken.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup thickened cream
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- juice from 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup dried chicken stock
- 1/2 dried basil
- pinch of sugar
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions
- In a small frying pan, place thickened cream, garlic, basil, sugar and salt and pepper together on low heat. Stir consistently until light boil or thickened cream is fully separated.
- Add lemon juice to cream and stir until juice is mixed with the cream.
- Drizzle chicken stock, making sure the stock is fully combined with the cream.
Tip
The best way to serve this is to cover a cooked chicken with it.
