Tempura Sourdough Prawns

    I'm always looking for ways to use my sourdough staryer in receipts, as I don't like to discard it. One of the the easiest things to do with it is to and some beer to it and use it as a tempura batter.

    Ingredients

    • Prawns
    • Beer
    • Salt

    Directions

    1. Add enough beer to loosen up the Starter and then season with Salt. Dip prawns in batter and fry with hot oil.
