Garlic prawns in creamy pesto sauce

    • 1kg prawns peeled and deveined
    • 4tsp minced garlic
    • 1 jar (240ml) traditional pesto
    • 1 tub (600ml) cream
    • 4 - 6 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 500 gms Fettuccini


    1. Put Fettuccini in large saucepan of water and boil until al dente
    2. Place prawns in a frypan with a little olive oil and add garlic, stir so the garlic coats the prawns. Cook on low heat.
    3. Put cream, pesto and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan and heat until it just boils.
    4. Strain fettuccini and put onto a large serving dish, add prawns and pour sauce over everything. Mix well and serve.
