Jersey Caramel Bark


    This recipe is easy & yum, perfect accompaniment to coffee

    • 1 220g Block Cadburys Milk Chocolate
    • 1 200g Packet of Jersey Caramels


    1. Grease and line a lamington tin.
    2. Break Chocolate into pieces and spread around tin.
    3. Place tin on top of saucepan of water and bring to the boil. Meanwhile chop Jersey caramels in half, then each half into 3.
    4. Once chocolate is melting, spread around with the back of a spoon. Then scatter chopped Jersey Caramels over the chocolate
    5. Place in refrigerator until set.
    6. Once set, chop into triangles and serve with coffee. Can be stored in freezer in freezer safe container separated by go-between paper.
