Chocolate Brownie


    This is the best chocolate brownie ever made in the whole entire world.

    • 180g Flora Buttery, melted
    • 180g Flora Buttery, melted
    • 350g (1 1/2 cups) caster sugar
    • 4 drops vanilla extract
    • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
    • 100g plain flour, sifted
    • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
    • 100g dark chocolate 70% cocoa solids, chopped
    • 1 cup chopped walnuts


    1. Preheat oven to 160°C. Line a 20cm x 30cm swiss roll tin with baking paper.
    2. Mix butter and cocoa in a large bowl, then add sugar, vanilla and eggs. Mix in remaining ingredients.
    3. Pour into prepared tin and bake for 30-40 minutes until firm but still moist. Allow to cool completely in tin before cutting into squares.
