This was delicious. My mother-in-law said this was the best salmon dish she’s ever tasted. Next time, I will use fresh cilantro as the recipe calls for (I used dried). A week later, I made this again, and again it was superb! I used fresh cilantro this time, and what a difference it made!  -  18 Mar 2019  (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)

Cooked it in the clay pot and it was delicious. The only thing I changed was to use olive oil instead of butter. Served with rice blend and salad.  -  24 Feb 2019  (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)

Delicious and easy to prepare. I baked for 15 minutes and that was enough time. Hubby would have liked more spice  -  15 Aug 2017  (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)
