Simple and Tasty Chicken Stir Fry

    • 1 Brown Onion, sliced
    • 1 packet of Mi Goreng (just the noodles)
    • 1 Green Capsicum, sliced
    • 1 Chicken Breast, sliced
    • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
    • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
    • 1 Clove Garlic, sliced
    • 1 tbsp Chicken Noodle Soup Mix in water
    • 1 tsp Sunflower Oil


    1. Boil the noodles until cooked then drain and set aside.
    2. Add sunflower oil to pan and heat until hot. Add sliced capsicum, garlic, onion and chicken and brown.
    3. Add soup, oyster sauce and soy sauce and toss through meat and veg.
    4. Add noodles, turn off heat and toss through.
    5. Serve.
