Rosemary Sweet Potato Fries (Baked)

    • 1 Sweet Potato (large, peeled)
    • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
    • 1 tablespoon Dried Rosemary
    • 1 teaspoon Salt
    • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper


    1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius (200 fan-forced).
    2. Cut sweet potato in half, then slice into fries/wedges of desired thickness and place in a bowl.
    3. Cover fries with oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper, and stir until all fries are coated evenly.
    4. Place fries in a single layer on a baking tray that has been covered with baking paper.
    5. Cook in oven for 20 - 25 minutes until fries have a crispy exterior.
