    • Flour 2 cups,fresh mint leaf in tiny slice -2/2 cup,coriande leafs -1/2 cup,,green chill-1chopped
    • Backing soda1/2 spoon,salt,yeast-1spoon,warm water with sugar for yeast activation
    • Coconut poweder-1spoon,milk 4spoon,water to mix


    1. -mix all the ingredients,put it for over night fermentation
    2. The fermented dough doubles it's size
    3. -Mix it again roll it and bake it at. 180'c 20mins
    4. It's ready to eat after the cooling time,go good with processed cheese. Hi
