    1 person made this

    Ingredients

    • 3 cups of plain flour
    • 4-5 cups of milk (i use 5 cups)
    • 2 eggs
    • butter for frying

    Directions

    1. Sift flour in a large bowl. Make a well in the middle.
    2. Pour milk into well, Then break in eggs one by one, mix until well combined.
    3. once well combined, warm up a frying on the stove and add butter once heated
    4. when the pan is heated with butter, pour a ladle full of mixture in the centre of the pan and spread the mixture around using the ladle or the pan itself.
    5. Cook pancakes. Once bubbles appear or the top side up of the pancake starts to cook, flip over using a spatula or the pan, with the bottom side check regularly on side faced down to make sure pancakes don't burn, both sides of pancakes should be slightly brown and fully cooked if not place pancake back on heat and cook through
    6. continue with the rest of the mixture, both sides of pancakes should be slightly brown and fully cooked if not place pancake back on heat and cook through
    7. serve with honey and ricotta, peanut butter or your favourite toppings

    Tip

Hope everyone enjoys this recipe I definitely recommend trying it, so easy so delicious you really can't go wrong with this!
