This is a delicious, healthy, filling breakfast dish. If you prefer a vegetarian version, you can add a poached or fried egg on top.

Very good. I used half lime juice and half lemon juice. I cut the salt in half, and added dried diced jalapeño for extra flavor. I didn’t have garlic powder so I used a more garlic paste.
