Apple Chicken Curry

    35 minutes

This is a very quick and simple curry to throw together but interesting due to the use of apple and sultanas.

A good mix of flavors. I used 1 cup chicken broth and 1 cup heavy creamy because I like a creamier sauce. My family doesn't like curry and still gave this recipe a 4. I made this because I LIKE curry, apples, and chicken.  -  08 May 2013

Very easy to make and yummy. The only alteration i made was to add a bit of flour to thicken the sauce up cause it was very watery.  -  04 Jun 2012  (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)
