This was a great recipe, however I did make some minor changes. I used olive oil in place of what was suggested, used 1 packet of Taco Bell original taco seasoning and 1 packet of Taco Bell mild seasoning in place of the spices suggested, added about a teaspoonful of minced garlic, cayenne pepper, oregano, onion powder w/parsley and concentrated lemon juice to the marinade mixture and served with taco rice and re fried beans. The hubby and I loved it and will be adding it to our weekly recipes. Thank you for a great recipe!
