This turned out great after reading the earlier comments about adding additional seasoning to the chicken, bell peppers, and onions. The wife and I both enjoyed it. Will make this again.  -  20 May 2018  (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)

My husband said this was the best Mexican dish I have ever made! It was so delicious, and simple! It will certainly be used again and again in my house. Only changes I made, I used Saffron because I didn't have cumin and I added a cup of chicken broth to the marinade and cooked in a skillet on the stove. Amazing!!  -  18 May 2018  (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)
