Raspberry Champagne Punch

    I love this punch, I think the frozen raspberries floating in it add a sweet colourful touch, and are way better than normal ice cubes!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 6 

    • 3 cups ginger ale
    • 1 shot triple sec
    • 1 bottle Champagne
    • 200g frozen raspberries
    • 10 mint leaves

    Directions
    Preparation:10min  ›  Ready in:10min 

    1. Combine the chilled ginger ale, triple sec and Champagne together then gently stir.
    2. Add the raspberries and mint then serve immediately.
