Kiwi Fruit Punch

    A great punch for any party - summer or winter! Make sure to buy the kiwi fruit ahead of time. They should be very ripe and not too sour.

    Serves: 12 

    • 6 to 8 kiwi fruit
    • caster sugar, if needed
    • 2 bottles white wine, chilled
    • 1 bottle champagne, chilled

    1. Peel and slice the kiwi fruit and have a little taste. If they are a little sour, add some sugar.
    2. Transfer the kiwi fruit to a punch bowl and pour in 1 bottle of wine. Cover, and let it chill in the fridge for one hour.
    3. Before serving, add the second bottle of wine and the champagne.
